DML Forensics (Pty) Ltd was established by the directors of Dingley Marshall Lewin, a Cape Town-based niche law firm that was established in 2008. The directors recognised a need for forensic services within the legal environment and decided to establish, DML Forensics (Pty) Ltd.

DML Forensics provides clients in the public and private sectors, both locally and internationally, with a cost-effective forensic solution that is tailored to their specific needs. We understand that we are assisting clients during difficult times, and our experienced, multidisciplinary team will ensure that all matters are dealt with the appropriate sensitivity, confidentiality, and integrity.

A wide range of white-collar crime investigations, fraud detection and prevention, corporate intelligence, and lifestyle audits can be carried out by our  team, which has the necessary experience to assist clients. When a problem arises, the team will, after consulting with the client, devise a phased approach that is specific to the client’s requirements before commencing with the investigation. On completion of investigative work, we provide expert testimony during disciplinary hearings, assist with the quantification of civil litigation claims, and assist with the filing of criminal complaints.
